Buying the car was fairly easy it wasn’t a terrible experience. The downside was the day after we purchased the car. We left the car at the dealership overnight after we purchased the car for them to get ready. So the next day when we came to pick up the vehicle it was throwing a code. Nobody was willing to fix the problem. We were told to take it to a dealer for warranty repair.

Dash lights keep going in and out. but they did not do it when they had it, I am sure they did all they could do but it did not help. After leaving the dealership I went immediately to another chain business in town to compare what I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation, and to get estimates on other items that the Chevy dealership recommended. Needless to say, the competitor is charging about help of what Chevy charges. I won't go back to Chevy again. We all know that the dealership charges more, but it shouldn't b e twice as expensive IMO. I feel robbed.

Every time I come in your service department, it’s an argument with your service department. The lady with the black hair and your service department is so rude and unprofessional. I simply asked a question about my tires being rotated last time, and she said they were according to the tech they were not. I put markers on the tires and they were not rotated. Not a big deal. I’ll pay for the tires rotated, but she turned it into a big deal. I will never come to your service department ever again and I’ll never recommend anybody to come to your Chevrolet dealership.
